Compliance testing
Run the tests the building needs on one visit, then take one compliance report from our in-house system.
The cost of a compliance program sits in the visits: access, a technician, and a write-up for every test. UET books thermal imaging, RCD testing, smoke alarm testing, and emergency lighting onto one attendance, so that cost is paid once and the report covers every test we ran.
The reporting is proprietary and built in-house for this work. It is the part of the service managers keep: one format across the tests, written with what passed, what failed, and what to do next, ready for a committee pack, a facilities file, or an insurer. Thermal imaging still supports capital planning as well as the compliance record. The other tests record pass, fail, and the repair.
Several tests, one visit
Thermal imaging, RCD testing, smoke alarms, and emergency lighting can run on the same attendance. One trip, one access arrangement, and one labour window keeps the cost in the testing.
Proprietary in-house reporting
Results from every test on that visit land in our own reporting system. Pass, fail, and the next action sit in one record a committee, facilities team, or insurer can file.
Thermal imaging
Infrared electrical inspections that reveal hot spots before they become outages, fire risk, or costly downtime.
Learn more →RCD testing
Residual current device testing and documentation to help keep people protected and records audit-ready.
Learn more →Smoke alarm testing
Smoke alarm testing and records for strata and managed properties, with failed or expired units called out clearly.
Learn more →Emergency lighting testing
Emergency and exit lighting tests with duration results and records for strata, commercial, and managed buildings.

One visit, then one report you can act on
Step 1
Choose the tests
Tell us the buildings and which tests belong in the visit. Add or leave out thermal imaging, RCDs, smoke alarms, and emergency lighting as the site needs.
Step 2
Attend once
We book the selected tests together so travel, access, and site time are paid once.
Step 3
One report
Our in-house system writes the visit up as a single compliance report: what was tested, what passed, what failed, and what to fix before the next cycle.
Step 4
Book the next round
Repairs can be quoted from that report, and the following visit can repeat the same set of tests on the same calendar.
